1. Customer-data providers
Jifi is operated by EFFICIO MARKETING LLC, an Ohio limited liability company. Contact support@jifi.io for service questions, privacy@jifi.io for privacy requests, or legal@jifi.io for legal notices.
These providers process customer data when the corresponding feature is configured and used. A listed provider does not receive every data category or every company’s data. The DPA governs customer-directed processing and changes to subprocessors.

2. Payment, business mail and processing locations
Stripe processes company payment details and subscription events under the applicable payment arrangements. Google Workspace handles correspondence with our business mailboxes. Their role can include independent processing of business, payment or security records rather than acting solely as our customer-data subprocessor.
Providers may process information in the United States and other locations allowed by the relevant service and data-protection terms. Hosting-region settings do not establish exclusive processing locations. Contact privacy@jifi.io for provider terms relevant to your intended use and any transfer arrangements required before that use begins. Material additions or replacements follow the notice and objection process in the DPA.
