1. Company knowledge and customer support
Jifi is operated by EFFICIO MARKETING LLC, an Ohio limited liability company. Contact support@jifi.io for service questions, privacy@jifi.io for privacy requests, or legal@jifi.io for legal notices.
This policy covers sources, uploads, articles, internal guidance, prompts, feedback, support messages, screenshots and other material used through Jifi. Supply material you are authorized to use, keep factual company information current, and review public articles before publication. Clearly distinguish approved agent guidance from operator-only information. Do not include secrets or personal data in public help content.
2. Prohibited conduct and sensitive information
Do not use Jifi for unlawful content or activity, fraud, impersonation, spam, harassment, exploitation, sexual content involving minors, or infringement of intellectual-property, privacy or other rights. Do not upload malware, steal credentials, evade access controls, probe other companies’ data or disguise instructions to obtain information outside your authority. You may not use the service for high-impact automated eligibility decisions or emergency response.
Do not submit payment-card credentials, government identity documents, biometric templates, precise device-location data, protected health information, or other data requiring protections the standard service does not provide. This service is not a HIPAA business associate arrangement. A specially regulated use requires a separate written agreement and the necessary protections before processing starts. Redact unrelated sensitive details from screenshots and source files.
3. AI and publication responsibility
AI-generated work can be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate. Your company controls its sources, instructions, draft approval, publication and human escalation procedures. Do not misrepresent generated statements as verified facts or fabricate credentials, reviews, guarantees or policies. Jifi does not give professional medical, legal, financial or emergency advice through your help center.
4. Reports and enforcement
Report suspected infringement, unsafe content or access misuse to legal@jifi.io or support@jifi.io, including the affected page or case and enough detail to investigate without exposing unrelated private data. We may restrict or remove affected material or suspend abusive access to protect people and the service, with notice where appropriate. Copyright complaints should identify the work, the material and its location, and your authority and contact details. A report does not itself establish that the reported material violates this policy.
